Bees Galore Apiaries Honey

The white honey you are purchasing is a product created by the honeybees at our Apiary on a 60-acre Certified Organic Farm. Our bees forage on a wide variety of nectar and pollen sources that make this honey uniquely rich and flavorful. These sources include Maple, Basswood, Black Locust, Linden, Sumac, Dandelion, Apple Blossoms, Blackberry, Red Deadnettle, Joe-Pye Weed, Aster, Red and White Clover, Goldenrod, and Knotweed.

Bees Galore Honey is 100% raw, unheated and unfiltered. The creamy white color is a unique and naturally occurring result of not filtering any micro pieces of beeswax, propolis or pollen from the honey. This unfiltered raw honey, combined with the wide variety of nectar sources creates a creaming effect when extracted from multiple hives with a variety of nectar sources. This honey was extracted in early March 2020 and was allowed to sit for about three weeks at about 58 degrees.
